Day 1: Hanoi Dong Trieu village homestay
7:30 Our car and GAT’s tour guide picks you up at your address and start the trip to Dong Trieu Pottery Village.
12:15 Arrive Dong Trieu Pottery Village. Receive the room at the local people’s house where the pottery product was made here.
Have lunch with Vietnamese food and have some small talks with the local people about some process of making a pottery product. Take a rest after lunch.
14:00 On the way to An Sinh Temple, was built in the period of Tran Dynasty and restored many times under the following Le and Nguyen Dynasties. The whole zone became a sacred area held in solemn reverence of worship 8 kings in Tran dynasty.
17:00 Comeback Dong Trieu Pottery Village, do it your own pottery product by the guide and help pf the house owners. Have dinner with the house owners.
20:30 Help the house owners put your pottery product into the furnace. This is your chance to have the real feeling about the life of the pottery village and the process of making a pottery product. Have free time to walking around and talking with the house owners.
Day 2: Halong bay excursion on Alova Cruise
8:00 Have breakfast at Dong Trieu Pottery Village. Take a walk around the village, buy some pottery product to bring home as your souvenirs.
Say goodbye to the house owners. (Your pottery product will be delivered for you at your address).
10:00 Our car picks you up to Bai Chay tourist wharf
11:15 Arrive Bai Chay tourist wharf, welcomed by crew on Alova Cruise and enjoy welcome drinks, take photos
11:45 Start a dreamy cruise to stunning scenery with thousands of limestone mountains and have seafood lunch (we serve you with Vietnamese traditional dishes, in case you are vegetarian, we have other food options for you) while cruising through the emerald water passing by the Dog Stone, the Burning Incense islet, stop at fishing village for kayaking or sit in a bamboo boat rowed by locals (Only book with us you can have a chance to be on bamboo boat). After that visit Fighting-Cock rock and the Heavenly Palace (Thien Cung cave) - which has opened to the public since 1998 with stalagmites and stalactites. Back to Alova Cruise. Our staff serves you cold tissues and fresh fruits.
16:15 Back to Tourist wharf and get on bus to Hanoi.
20:00 Arrive in Hanoi. Hanoi – Dong Trieu Pottery Village – Halong Bay ALova Cruise – Hanoi Tour finishes.
